Dahi Tadka with Hing & Mustard Seeds
Simple Yet Soulful Tempering
Ingredients

1 cup curd (beaten)
2.
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
3.
A pinch of Pindi Hing
4.
1 tsp oil
5.
Salt to taste
6.
Coriander for garnish
Method
1.
Heat oil, add mustard seeds and hing.
2.
Once it splutters, pour over beaten curd.
3.
Mix well, garnish, and serve cold.
