Everyday Mix-Veg Sabzi with Sabzi Masala

Ingredients
1.
2 cups mixed vegetables (carrot, beans, cauliflower, peas, etc.)
2.
1 onion (sliced)
3.
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
4.
1 tomato (chopped)
5.
1 chutki Pindi Sabzi Masala
6.
Salt to taste
7.
1 tbsp oil
Method
1.
Heat oil and sauté onions till translucent.
2.
Add ginger-garlic paste and chopped tomato. Cook till soft.
3.
Add chopped veggies and a bit of water. Cover and cook for 10–12 mins.
4.
Add chutki bhar of Pindi Sabzi Masala, mix and simmer for 2 mins.
5.
Serve with chapatis or jeera rice.
