Hing Tadka Moong Dal

Ingredients
1.
½ cup yellow moong dal
2.
1.5 cups water
3.
Salt to taste
4.
1 green chilli (slit)
5.
½ tsp mustard seeds
6.
½ tsp cumin seeds
7.
1 pinch Pindi Hing
8.
Ghee for tadka
Method
1.
Pressure cook dal with salt and green chilli.
2.
In a small pan, heat ghee. Add mustard & cumin seeds.
3.
Add chutki bhar of Pindi Hing to the hot tadka.
4.
Pour the tadka over the cooked dal. Mix and serve hot.
