Papad Chaat Cups
Crispy, Tangy, and Oh-So-Fun!
Ingredients

4 Pindi Masala Papads (roasted into cup shapes)

2 boiled potatoes (mashed)
3.
1 small onion (finely chopped)
4.
1 tomato (finely chopped)
5.
1 tbsp coriander (chopped)
6.
1 tbsp tamarind chutney
7.
1 chutki Pindi Chaat Masala
8.
Salt to taste
Method
1.
Roast Pindi Masala Papads into curved shapes (using a microwave-safe bowl).

Mix mashed potatoes, onion, tomato, tamarind chutney, salt, and Pindi Chaat Masala.
3.
Spoon the mixture into papad cups. Garnish with chopped coriander.
4.
Serve immediately to maintain crispiness.
