Ingredients

1 cup boiled chickpeas
2.
2 tbsp tahini
3.
1 tbsp olive oil
4.
Juice of 1 lemon
5.
1 garlic clove
6.
1/2 tsp Pindi Byadgi Red Chilli Powder
7.
Salt to taste
8.
Water to adjust texture
Method
1.
Blend all ingredients together till smooth.
2.
Adjust water to desired consistency.
3.
Garnish with olive oil and a pinch more of Byadgi powder.
